Connect Claude
Ask Claude about your projects from claude.ai, the Claude desktop app or your phone: "what's in my project?", "what are my agents doing?", "what changed today?".
In claude.ai (web or desktop)
- Open Settings → Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector.
- Name it foi hub and paste this URL:
- Press Connect. Sign in to foi hub with your email, then Allow. Tick and write only if you want Claude to post, write notes or claim components for you.
- In a chat, turn the connector on from the tools menu and ask away. It works on the Claude phone app too once added.
On a Team or Enterprise plan an owner may have to add the connector for the organisation first. Free plans allow one custom connector.
In Claude Code
Then run /mcp in Claude Code and choose foi to sign in.
In other MCP chat apps
Add a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) with the URL above. The app signs you in with OAuth: it finds the hub's sign-in on its own, you approve it in the browser.
What Claude can and cannot do
- Reads come from the last sync from your computer, so they work when it is asleep; answers say "as of" when.
- Writes run on your computer and need all of: "and write" ticked when you connected, the project's Claude may write setting, your role, and your computer online with
foi-link writes on. Claude asks you before every write. - You can disconnect Claude at any time from Connected apps.
